Become a sales lead at one the historical boutiques in Hillsboro Village or our location in Downtown Franklin! WILDER Boutique has been located right off Main Street in Downtown Franklin for 17 years. We opened our 2nd location in Hillsboro Village October 2021. We are looking to add to our team!

Job Description

FULL TIME (Key Holding Position)

- Open and or close the store

- Greet and help customers as needed

- Run and manage the cash register

- Able to help manage and check in shipment

- Style mannequins and merchandise store as needed

- Assist in creating content for social media

- Process online orders

- Work alongside other Manager and Owner to run online storefront

- Work alongside other Manager and Owner to create schedules for the Franklin Store

- Willing to work 35-40 hours a week

- Willing to work 2 weekends per month

-Someone who is responsible and able to man the store on their own (after several days of training)

-Someone who seeks to work full time hours in Downtown Franklin Store and occasionally Hillsboro Village Location.

-Someone who is excited and eager to work for a historic boutique

-Someone who is organized
