Advanced Certified Medication Aide (ACMA) Position:

The Advanced Certified Medication Aide is a certified nurse assistant who has successfully completed a training program approved by the State of Oklahoma for medication administration.

The Advanced Certified Medication Aide administers medications as prescribed by the resident’s physician. The ACMA documents, the medication effectiveness and any noted adverse actions or side effects of the medications in accordance with the established policies and procedures as well as applicable state/federal regulations. Must be proficient in administering medication and completion of daily shift reports. Experience in documentation and completion of task sheets and the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.

· Active state certification as an ACMA - Advanced Certified Medication Aide.

· Pass medication and supervise resident administration of medication.

· Manage medication supply and medication cart.

· Obtain, record, and report resident vital signs.

· Encourage residents to engage with scheduled activities and entertainment.

· Compassionate with a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19-$20 per Hours with Benefits $23 flat no Benefits

• Medication administration: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
