Our clinic, located in the beautiful Palisades neighborhood of Washington, DC is looking for a full-time experienced customer service representative. This position serves as a liaison between our wonderful clientele, potential clientele, veterinary staff, and management.

You would join a team of 25 full-time employees, several of who have been with our company for over 10 years. Our staff work closely together and enjoy a fun, respectful working environment where every voice is valued.

CSRs will have a direct impact on the growth of the clinic and the value the client perceives. Training provided in customer service, veterinary medicine, and pharmacology will equip our CSRs with the necessary skills. We are looking for candidates who are creative, independent, big-picture thinkers.

Senior CSRs will have a minimum of two over experience working in a veterinary clinic or related environment. They engage and educate clients concerning intermediate and advanced customer service and medical issues. They will set positive examples for less experienced staff members and assist them after the initial onboarding process. Ideal candidates will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple phone lines and means of communication. Knowledge of Cornerstone is a plus.

Hours can vary based on availability. We are looking for a candidate that can work eveining shifts starting between 10-11am and ending at 6-7pm. Some weekend shifts may be required. Saturday hours are 9am-5pm You will receive a weekday off when you work on Saturdays. You may be able to work extra hours when co-workers request off. Some flexibility is required.
