Job description
Serve as liaison to event producers, tour promoters and tour management during event load-in and throughout the event providing flawless guest service to artists, crew and client.Assist with assigning dressing rooms and backstage hospitality placement and needs, etc.
Properly set dressing rooms and catering/backstage areas for scheduled events. Maintain areas throughout the day and ensure they are restored for the next day.
Shop for items that appear on artist riders, adhering to allocated budgets.
Assist with laundry for tours and clients.
Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the artist/catering location. Monitor backstage areas to ensure supply of food, beverage, utensils, etc. is maintained.
Responsible for area cleanliness. Ensure all tables, chairs, and other equipment are clean and safe. Empty trash receptacles and clear/wipe tables as needed.
Operate dishwashing machine, wash dishes and utensils, and mop floors as needed.
Maintain inventory of regularly stocked backstage supplies and products. Take pre- and post-event drink inventories.
Communicate any security, housekeeping or maintenance issues to the appropriate department and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
1+ year customer service experience required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Ability to handle confidential information
Ability to legally purchase all items on artist riders including alcohol
Licenses / Certifications
Valid driver's license required
Must be 21 years of age for alcohol purchases
