Full-Time Leasing Consultant – Great opportunity with Ander Properties at a large upscale community in Grayslake, IL. We have an opening for a sales and customer service expert who has a passion for leasing and enjoys the excitement of working on site with a professional team.
Some weekend hours required. Must be DEPENDABLE and motivated! Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8-5pm & Saturday 10-5pm.

Hourly compensation plus substantial new lease and lease renewal commissions available.

Sales focused responsibilities include:

• Manage incoming visitors, emails and phone calls
• Maintain communication with prospects and track in a CRM
• Convert leads to leases
• Effectively convey the features and benefits of the community
• Accurately explain lease terms, community rules and policies
• Process applications for approval
• Assist in the move-in process
• Understands and comply fully with Fair Housing regulations and applicable Federal, State, City and County ordinances

Required and preferred skills:

• Above average computer skills in Microsoft Office, Property Management software and lead management software. Experience with Rent Manager and I Love Leasing a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent sales skills
• Goal oriented and incentive motivated

Applicants should have their own transportation, able to work weekend hours and have a valid drivers license and good driving record.'
