MedCare ABA is looking to hire a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team to our Northshore Location!
As an RBT you will provide evidence based therapy that follow the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism and/or similar developmental disabilities in a clinic-based setting. Our therapy is designed to put the children and their needs first. When you join our MedCare ABA team, you will work with experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) that equip you with the skills to implement behavior modification programs through one-on-one therapy, collect data electronically, assist with parent training, and coordinate with other team members to offer an incredibly valuable service to our clients and families.

What we are looking for!

• Individuals who love working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families
• Time management skills, observation skills, and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and implement new skills, as well as the ability to work on a team
• Tardiness is not accepted each RBT is required to arrive to work on time - Our kiddos and families depend on us and absenteeism isn't acceptable
• Bachelors Degree or current student attaining their Bachelors Degree is a major plus
