Boca Recovery Center is a new facility in Indiana looking to hire FULL TIME NIGHT SHIFT REGISTERED NURSES for 12 HOUR SHIFTS at our Detox and Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Facility. 7P-7A Week nights and rotating weekends
Qualifications and Skills
- Unrestricted Indiana State Licensed RN or Unrestricted Multi-state license
- 1 year minimum nursing experience preferred. Mental health and/or substance abuse inpatient OR outpatient setting preferred
- Strong communication skills required
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Job Summary
Deliver nursing care to clients as instructed by DON and Medical Director for Detox / Residential Substance Abuse Treatment. Monitor clients during the treatment process to ensure that all of their medical needs are met while coordinating with all areas of the organization to ensure that clients are safe and comfortable during their stay at our facility.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Identifies and prioritizes client care needs using client history and nursing assessment
- Provides direct client care
- Performs daily client medication administration and reconciliation, ensuring proper documentation and workflow
- Documents pertinent information in client's chart and accurately reports and makes observations to appropriate staff
- Assists in the collection of report data required for utilization review and quality assurance
- Practices safety, environmental, and infection control methods
- Will be required to perform other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42.98 - $46.94 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Social distancing is encouraged, all staff and clients are provided masks. COVID screening in place - 2-hour disinfection of facility. PCR and Rapid COVID test for clients available upon admission and as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bloomington, IN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Registered Nurse or LPN License (Required)
