Core Responsibilities for SALES ASSOCIATE Position:
• Maintain Inventory and have the knowledge of products’ benefits, history, material and use it to assist and educate customers on options and availability
• Must be friendly, warm and welcoming
• Provide customer assistance and deliver a positive customer shopping experience
• Achieve daily sales goals as assigned
• Communicate effectively and confidently
• Process information and operate store systems accurately
• Processes customer transactions in the Point of Sale system, including sales, returns and exchanges in accordance with authorized procedures
• Fulfill orders for shipment to customers
• Maintain an attractive visual merchandising display
• Main a clean environment for customers
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and company growth
• Track payroll hours and bonus weekly
• Interview and train new employees
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
