- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1 year of management/leadership experience
- Athletic/extracurricular, nonprofit/volunteer, or employment are all valid
- Demonstrated competence in communication
- Computer literate

Duties/Responsibilities:
A Team Lead is the first level of leadership at Chick-fil-A Cascade Park. A Team Lead helps lead shifts (zone lead) and train new/existing team members (trainer).
- Zone Lead
- Managing the day-to-day activities in a section of the drive-thru/front counter team or the kitchen team
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals
- Delegating tasks to team members
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, speed, product knowledge, and communication skills
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team
- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team
- Prepares, organizes, manages, and troubleshoots daily shift operations
- Verifies vendor services rendered
- Conducts/supports the response to emergency situations to mitigate the impact of the event
- Ensures compliance with labor laws
- Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner
- Conducts daily food safety checkpoints
- Troubleshoots basic IT problems
- Maintains restaurant security
- Trainer
- Conducts on-the-job training for new hires and existing team members to maximize their potential
- Has working knowledge of workplace proficiencies
- Tracks team member training path
- Evaluates training needs
- Assists in daily discipline documentation
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements Upon Hire:
- Complete New Hire Training within 45 days of Date of Hire
- Pass first Performance Review
- Complete Certified Team Member Training within 4 months of Date of Hire
- Complete Team Lead Training within 6 months of Date of Hire
