In this role, you can expect to:

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on providing great service where the expectations of the customer are exceeded
• Maintain the safety of both our customers and employees
• Perform tire installation and maintenance.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires
• Attach and rebalance wheels
• Calibrate TPMS
• Test and install batteries
• Assist other employees
• Test-drive vehicles
• Check air pressure of tires
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills

Absolute Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Hold & maintain a valid driver’s license
• Able to pass drug test
• Able to work in a rapid pace environment
• Able to do frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.

Things To Know Before You Start!

• It might feel like you are studying for a test at the beginning. It’s important that all employees gain a strong knowledge of our oils and services.
• You will walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling and turning
• You may need to work in hot/cold weather conditions
• Always be alert and aware of your surroundings
• Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
• Need to have reliable transportation to and from work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

• Tire service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
