Culinary Team Member/Wait Staff

Excellent full-time employment opportunity. Join a highly
motived and Qualified Dining Service team. We are seeking an individual to serve our residents for Breakfast and Lunch in our beautifully renovated dining room overlooking the Damariscotta River.

Experience in Food preparation and Dining Room service skills are a
plus, but we are willing to train the right individuals. If you are looking
to work with a friendly and motivated team in a beautiful setting along
with preparing and serving the freshest locally sourced products we
look forward to hearing from you.

Hours are 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, 40 hrs per week, including every other weekend. The job entails waiting table service for Breakfast and Lunch along with another team member. Dining Room set-up and clean-up, restocking of some food items, cold food preparation, general kitchen cleaning duties, collaborative teamwork, and great customer service. This is a positive work experience that will teach you about food and nutrition along with customer service and interpersonal communication skills.Competitive pay with additional differential pay for dinner shift and weekend differential.
