Your Impact:
Jacobs is looking for a Functional Tester to join our team in Crystal City!
Position requires 2 days on site/3 days remote.
- Attend Agile Scum meetings (planning, daily sync, retro, etc
- Utilize Jira to track task status
- Meet with team to discuss application functionality and testing requirements
- Work with BAs to generate requirements
Qualifications:
3 years of experience performing functional testing on production applications
Bachelors degree
Desired Requirements (nice to have but not required, ex. Education):
- 2-3 years of experience as Application Functional Tester
- Experience in manual testing of web, and backend apps
- Experience in automation testing
- Familiar with different tools supporting test automation, such as Selenium
- Ability to create test plans and test cases by analyzing requirements, experience in setting up test environments, understanding and executing test scripts with little supervision
- Good verbal and written communication skills for collaborative team environment and technical documentation
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting/debugging skills to resolve technical and business issues
