We are looking for the next person to join our award winning garden design-build company. We have part-time installation and maintenance positions open for those that want to grow and learn from our 10+ years of experience making gardens in south central Indiana. Skilled gardeners and passionate plant people preferred but prior experience is not required. If you are excited about pollinators, perennials, creating beautiful and ecologically beneficial plantings, and you like hard outdoor work, we would love to hear from you.

As one of Bloomington's leading naturalistic garden design companies we strive to create gardens that are horticulturally compelling and environmentally thoughtful. Our goal is to distill some of the essence of wild places into traditional garden spaces. Our designs blend regionally native plants with the best of non-invasive ornamental horticulture to create unique and artful compositions that are also tough and durable in our midwestern growing conditions.

Responsibilities:

- Site preparations such as turf removal, rototilling, and removal of unwanted vegetation

- Garden Installation and Maintenance: planting, irrigation, mulching, and weeding

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bloomington, IN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Gardening (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
