Job Duties:
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the station to leave a positive impression with the customer
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
- Spend quality time building relationships with the customers
- 1 year previous service experience would be preferential
- Organized and friendly personality
- Computer proficiency
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and must be able to pass pre-employment requirements including a drug test and background screen
