- Employed by Deaconess Clinic working in Newburgh/Evansville, IN.
- Candidates should be BC/BE in Gastroenterology
- $750,000 salary guaranteed for first 12 months. Competitive productivity based compensation model plus call pay and guarantee is a floor. Our doctors have easily exceeded their guarantee into the 90th percentile and above. Sign -on bonus included (36k).
- Additional quality bonus up to 2.5% on guarantee then 5% plus and additional Value-Based bonus.

- Fully implemented EMR (Epic) for Inpatient and Outpatient
- Practice is 80% outpatient, 20% inpatient as team is supported by GI Hospitalist
- Call Coverage: 1:7 weekend coverage with your addition; GI Hospitalist assists with inpatient coverage. Average 2-33 weekday calls per month.
- Great support staff with Advanced Practice Providers who can assist with efficiency in inpatient and outpatient work as well as call coverage.
- Extremely efficient endoscopy lab with state of the art equipment.
- New GI Center of Excellence at the Gateway Campus, opened in May 2022

Full-time position at 40 hours per week. This is an inpatient and outpatient practice.
