Construction Laborer

Location: Various Locations, mainly Kitsap County, some work in Jefferson, Mason & Pierce County. Field team members are expected to provide own transportation to and from jobsites.

Key Responsibilities
- Keep the crew productive at all times with tools, power, materials and a clean work area
- Continuously monitor for safety or security hazards and report items found immediately to supervisor
- Prepare for the day’s tasks each morning by getting out tools and materials that will be needed
- Plan ahead: be aware of materials, tools, fuels, and equipment needs and alert the supervisor when running low on anything
- Daily on-site cleanup
- Select demolition work
- Responsibly operate dump trucks as needed- take loads to the dump or pick up materials
Personal Tools Required
- Work boots, gloves and other appropriate work attire
- Nail bags
- Hammer (framing & finish)
- Small tools: Utility knife, speed square, framing square, cat’s paw, screw drivers, crescent wrench, lineman’s pliers, tape measure (25’)
