We are North America’s leading manufacturer of corrugated and stripwound metal bulk hose and fabricated assemblies, as well as metal bellows and expansion joints. We are urgently hiring for our Euclid, OH facility. This General Laobrer position comes with great compensation!

GENERAL LABOR FINISHER PAY

• Starting pay for this position is $17.50 - $18.70/hr depending on position and shift
• $1.00/hr raise after probationary period
• Discretionary bonus program
• $200 referral bonus for each person you refer that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity)
• After a brief probationary period, employees may be eligible for a 401K, insurance including medical, dental, and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and paid time off

GENERAL LABOR FINISHER SHIFT HOURS

• 3rd Shift: 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM Monday - Thursday, OT on Fridays when needed
• Weekend Shift: 6 AM-6 PM Friday-Sunday (12 hour shifts, however paid out for 40 hours a week)

GENERAL LABOR FINISHER PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect assemblies to prints / specifications
• Inspect hose and identify leaks
• Use all types of measuring equipment
• Read and understand prints, Sales Orders and Job Orders
• Testing assemblies – air and HMS (Helium Mass Spec)
• Buff and/or Paint
• Assemble swivels
• Cover Hoses
• Maintain inventory
• Tag assemblies
• Package assemblies
• Complete paper work for certifications
• Enter Sales Order shipments into courier software programs such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS, etc.
• Ready packages for shipment, attaching labels, certifications etc. as sales order requires.
• Knows and adheres to standards of quality and accuracy required
• Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of hose and fittings
• Knowledge of using measuring instruments
• Ability to read and understand detailed work instructions and production documentation
• Basic Computer skills – ability to use office software and courier software such as but not limited to, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Good hearing and vision for hose testing.
• Must be able to bend, squat, stoop, twist and kneel.
