$20.00 -$35.00 per hour depending on experience.
A full time, year round position. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Possess a valid Driver’s License, CDL desired but not required. Valid experience and knowledge of or the capability to learn various pieces of technology including computers, IPAD and smart phones. Capable of giving instructions in Seal coating, Striping and repairing Asphalt Parking Lots. Removal and Replacement of sod, Building and installing stone walls, concrete removal and replacement, minor masonry, irrigation repairs, fencing, janitorial and light building repairs to his team. Ability to work independently and in a team. Is a self-starter. Can receive and understand instructions in English-Written and oral.
