Job Description:

• Support various operations tasks to facilitate new client onboarding and existing clients' on-going requests
• Process day-to-day tasks to support internal processes such as creating tickets in Jira, update product listing in our gifting catalog, etc.: engage with the R&D team, customer support and other teams
• Executes corporate gifting campaigns for the GiftNow service. This includes building campaigns using internal tools, running the campaigns, ensuring successful completion and providing reporting and other post-campaign deliverables
• Tech savvy - must be comfortable in a techy software environment (many applications, systems, databases, etc.) and use various off-the-shelve and proprietary tools to perform the needed tasks
• Can quickly ramp up and assume ownership of new areas of responsibility
• Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of BD/Sales/Finance/Operations project related experience.
• Minimum of 12 months leading projects and assignments.
• Experience in e-commerce environment and in technology companies
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (e.g.. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
