Weston is looking for a motivated individual to join our (Enterprise Visualization and Analytics) practice that develops and implements Geospatial Solutions using the Esri Enterprise Suite of Applications. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work with our GIS Enterprise Team that has knowledge working in and managing the ArcGIS Enterprise and Online Platforms. This individual will need to effectively communicate with and assist other team members with the development and support of geospatial solutions for client delivery within the ArcGIS Enterprise Suite of tools. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of GIS and enterprise (server) level software and workflows. ​

​Primary Responsibilities:​

• Develop tools and workflows to automate and streamline mapping, data management and geoprocessing tasks in the Enterprise​
• Publish and manage map, feature and geoprocessing services using ArcGIS Enterprise​
• Create Mobile Data Applications (Survey123, FieldMaps, QuickCapture, ect)​
• Assist the development of Communication, Reporting, and Visualization Tools using ArcGIS Online and Esri JavaScript API​
• Assist in the development and implementation of governance for ArcGIS Online User and Content Management​
• Assist in the management of user, group, and role permissions for ArcGIS Portal, Server, and ArcGIS Online​
• Assist in the installation, administration, and development of governance for Weston’s ArcGIS Portal Instance.​
• Support Enterprise geodatabase (SDE) and services​

Required Qualifications:​​

• Proficient in the latest versions of ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro. ​​
• Experience in Installing and Management of the ArcGIS Enterprise (Server and Portal) and Online Platforms​
• Experience in user and content management in ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and Portal​
• Experience in migrating ArcMap to ArcPro​
• Experience in Configuring Esri’s suite of mobile and visualization apps (Field Maps, Survey123, StoryMap, ArcGIS Dashboards, Experience Builder, ect)​
• Strong understanding of geodatabase structure and capabilities​​
• Strong understanding and use of Programming Languages within the ArcGIS Platform – Python, Arcade, R, JavaScript ​
• Strong understanding of SQL statements​​
• Understanding of ArcGIS Monitor​
• Experience working in Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite including Access​
• Organizational and Prioritization skills ​​
• Excellent verbal and written communications Skills​​

Preferred Qualifications:​

• Ability to create and modify SQL Statements for data modification​
• Experience in scripting, database management, and software development​
• Experience in Creating, maintaining, and tuning versioned enterprise geodatabases using SQL Server​
• Experience in Developing in the ESRI JavaScript development framework​
• Experience with ArcGIS Monitor reports and mitigation techniques​
• Ability to Document workflows including change management processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,200.00 - $73,700.00 per year
