JOB MISSION:
The Global Real Estate Program Senior Analyst is responsible for implementing and managing processes and procedures around the global Retail Real Estate business.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Manage and develop the Global Real Estate Committee process for Project approvals and real estate governance helping to drive the right decisions.
  • Actively participate implementing Global real Estate process and governance around the globe
  • Serve as project lead for global lead administration software implementation and maintenance.
  • Analyze Real Estate transactions, organize leadership meetings and schedules to review and drive the decision-making process.
  • Work closely with each market development team to develop/review their Growth and capital allocation Strategy Plan
  • Evaluate, identify, and implement Real Estate processes, systems, reporting and KPI’s across all markets helping top Management for decision making.
  • Utilize business and process knowledge to construct electronic, verbal, and written communications for leadership.
  • Communicates project key performance metrics and develop project plans.
  • Lead the global portfolio management tools and lease tracking, identifying gaps and opportunities to leverage best locations at cost effective rents.
  • Prioritizes and oversee our business workstream tracker.
  • Manage Real Estate department communications and track flow of Real Estate process for Corporate and Licensed store locations.
  • Manage new and existent leases over the lease software system. Enter and manage all lease notes, maintaining critical dates and tickler files. Follow up as required and create ad-hoc reporting to ensure leadership awareness of our portfolio status and mitigate risks.
  • Using Lease software and maintain system of tracking expiration dates of leases. Tracking of all changes or adjustments necessary to lease documents for both owned and licensed stores.
  • Super User of lease and real estate mapping software, participates and oversees lease software updates and implementation requirements globally.
  • Maintains all store lease documentation, tracks LOI and lease progress and regularly communicates status internally.
  • Review rental increases and communicate with NB Finance team.
  • Manage flow of Real Estate Process: Ensures team is notified of progress against approval flow and any variance against initial store opening plans.
  • Participate in the due diligence process as it relates to lease documents both for acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Review store closing procedures and ensure lease notice periods and checklists are followed according to lease requirements.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education with a minimum of 5 years of experience within retail, real estate, and/or project management
  • Strong program and project management professional, with good communication skills and focused on implementing industry state of art controls and procedures.
  • Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated abilities to establish connection and trust with key global stakeholders and counterparts.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent computer skills Experience with Lease Software required.
  • Strong analytical and ability to implement new technologies.
