Job description

Summary:

This position will review all incoming/outgoing Purchase Orders and ensure that all government regulatory documents are attached accordingly. Sends Non Disclosure Agreements to new vendors, sends updated agreements to current vendors, and forwards to the legal team for review when necessary. Sets up new vendor information in the database, and reviews their certifications for compliance. Monitors vendor certifications and documents for ongoing compliance, tracks missing documents or information, and reports out status of incomplete vendor files as requested. Helps track information about vendors who are small businesses and generates reports to Small Business Officer. Familiarity with (FAR) Federal Acquisition Regulations and (DFAR) Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations a plus.

Hybrid work arrangement, in office Tues and Wed each week required, the rest of the week is based on business need, but most of the time remote work on these days is optional.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience, or a combination of education and experience required

· Knowledge of FARS, DFARS, ITAR requirements a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
