Our maintenance team is an important part of our success in maintaining state-of-the-art communities for our residents.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Landscape and maintain grounds of Resort/Community, including laying sod, mowing grass, weed maintenance, blowing, trimming and planting trees and plants, raking, and fertilizing.
- Performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community.
- Works as a team player along with the community staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company.
- Maintain lawns, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, and other grounds by using power mowers, push mowers, and/or edgers.
- Removing weeds, trimming plants/trees, planting flowers, plants, and trees; Maintenance of flower beds by pruning, weeding, and watering as needed.
- Performs various community maintenance functions. These functions may include but are not limited to light bulb changes, caulking, minor plumbing, filter changes, touch-up painting, lock repairs, snow removal, installation/repair window coverings, pool maintenance, preventive maintenance, etc.
- Attends and assists in setting up resident functions and activities.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License to drive a motorized vehicle on or off resort/community for company business.
Pay: $19.50-22.00 hourly - depending on experience
