Fogelman is interviewing for a Full-time Groundskeeper for Cadence Sugar Hill. Cadence Sugar Hill is a brand new 294-unit apartment community in Sugar Hill area of North Atlanta. The ideal candidate possesses groundskeeping experience, attention to detail, good customer service skills, and is a team player.

GROUNDSKEEPER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Picking up and maintaining community grounds
- Cleaning the office and amenity areas
- Removal of trash in common areas
- Operation and maintenance of the trash compactor and its surrounding area
- Cleaning exterior buildings and breezeways, including pressure washing
- Minor maintenance including light bulb changes and upkeeping the pool area
- Ability to take direction, work independently, and communicate effectively
- Adhere to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing
- Other job duties as assigned
