RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper (24 hours/week/flexible schedule) for a luxury multi-family apartment community in Alcoa, TN or a full-time position that shares job duties between this community in Alcoa and another one in Lenoir City, TN, The perfect candidate is one who is willing to hustle to complete routine grounds keeping duties and on occasion assist Maintenance Supervisor in completing preventative maintenance tasks and work orders in apartment homes. We can offer flexible work hours Monday - Friday. Tasks include, but are not limited to, cleaning and maintenance of amenity areas including a swimming pool, building breezeways and community grounds. Candidates must have a sense of pride about a job well done, be courteous and tactful, and be committed to quality workmanship. CPO certification a plus. Must take and pass a background and drug-screening test.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
