Secret Harbor has been serving Skagit Valley youth and families for over 75 years. We have two Residential Group Facilities in the Valley and both are staffed 24-hours a day. The homes are a stepping stone for young men who are navigating their adolescent years while in the foster care system.

The Night Watch position works overnight to ensure the safety and security of the home, though this is not a lock down situation and you are not there to be a security guard. You must have a passion for young people and a strong personality with inherent flexibility, be independent and self-motivated and able to work on your own. You must be willing to undergo and clear a background check.

Requirements:

• One year professional experience working with children is REQUIRED, please reflect that experience in your resume.
• High School diploma or ged is also required.'

Full Time Postions Receive:

• 12 Vaction days per year. (Vacation days increase after first year.)
• 9 Paid Holidays per year.
• 12 Sick Days per year.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
