We are an authentic, mid-century modern, newly renovated resort in the heart of San Diego!
This position has oversight of the Group Rooms inventory and is an integral member of the Reservations team.
Essential Functions:
- Works with the Director of Revenue (DOR) to pick up and track daily activity of any definite groups
- Supply information on all groups booked by the sales department to the reservations department.
- Attends group pre-con meetings for accuracy of our business.
- Participates in weekly group pickup meetings with the DORO and Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM).
Requirements:
- At least three (3) years Hotel / Resort operations experience
- At least one (1) year of Hotel / Resort Reservations experience
- The ability to demonstrate technical proficiency with Hotel / Resort reservations systems.
- Experience working with Opera and Passkey highly recommended
