We are looking for a growth marketer to help manage our efforts to increase our social media presence. You'll be responsible for developing, overseeing, and optimizing digital marketing growht channels with a focus on paid social, paid search, display, affiliate, and SEO. This role will build cross channel strategies that increase customer acquisition, revenue, and impact for GreaterGood funnels within ROAS, CAC and profitability targets. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and wants to help build our reach digitally.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside EVP-Marketing, to develop marketing channel goals and budgets.
  • Own all aspects of designated channel goals, including Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and affiliate channels; coordinating with finance and senior leadership to establish, track and report KPIs.
  • Develop quarterly and annual roadmaps for continuous channel improvement; collaborating with technology, marketing, creative and other teams to prioritize and communicate priorities.
  • Partner with merchandising, creative, promotional, and web ops teams to develop high converting campaigns that engage and convert target audiences.
  • Develop and execute cross-channel media to achieve merchandising, revenue, and profitability goals.
  • Identify, test, and analyze data-driven growth initiatives including channel expansion to diversify media channels and increase customer acquisition.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that help identify strengths and weaknesses in user funnels, marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Dirve creative strategy for paid media. Review, edit and approve ad copy and creative to drive engagement and conversion while also adhering to brand standards.
  • Identify, acquire, and engage new audiences online.
  • Design marketing campaigns to meet short- and long-term growth goals.
  • Manage marketing processes from start to finish, creating and optimizing landing pages, ad campaigns, and analytics to track results.
  • Maintain relationships with current customers by improving their experience with the brand.
  • Manage creative team for marketing campaigns.
  • Manage teams of customer service representatives to support the needs of current customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
