Looking for energetic individuals to join the BEST hotel team in the county!

The Best Western PLUS Sonora Oaks Hotel is looking to expand our family at the Front Desk! Front Desk Agents work as a team every day, supporting each other and helping create memorable moments for all of our guests. When guests arrive to our hotel, our Front Desk staff is the very first person that they interact with. We are responsible for guest satisfaction from the moment of entry to the moment they leave and all points in between. So we need individuals that enjoy helping people, problem solving and have a strong drive to learn!

Some of the responsibilities for Front Desk include (but not limited to):

• Answering multiple phone lines.
• Accuracy and attention to detail is key!
• Maintaining a positive attitude
• Creative thinking
• Having the drive to learn and excel in all areas.
• Strong, friendly and sociable personality.
• Must be a team player
• Checking in and checking out guests.
• Providing superior customer service.
• Multi-tasking at all times during your shift.
• Must be able to clearly communicate to guests, supervisor and other teammates.
• Offer leadership, guidance, assistance and/or support to all other teammates. Front Desk works as a whole and it is very important that everyone gives the same support and assistance to help each other, always.
• Printing the necessary shift reports.
• Must be able to handle cash and perform basic math.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Willing to be flexible and motivated to help other shifts, if needed.

*Hotels are open 24/7. Applicants must be willing to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
