• Greeting and processing guest arrivals, departures and requests, in a friendly service oriented manner.
• Operate the telephone and other guest communication channels.
• Handle routine cashiering and other property management systems transactions.
• Take reservations over the phone and in person.
• Perform other duties as assigned which may include but is not limited to the following: helping coworkers in other areas of the hotel maintaining a clean and organized work area and overall cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel and grounds.
• Follow all established safety policies and procedures.
• Above all take care of our guest and associates in a people pleasing manner.
• Light cleaning and laundry.

• High school diploma or relevant qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
• written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
