Property Management Company looking for a go-to handyman for its jobs. Always pay after the job using Zelle. Long term position. Need to be proficient in repairs on homes and buildings including plumbing, minor electrical, patching, painting, door repair, installation etc.
Most properties are in Glendale, Pasadena, Montrose, Tujunga, Altadena, La Crescenta and just one in LA.
Need to have car to drive and clean background. Respectful to tenants. We pay hourly usually and understand each job requires more or less. We have good tenants and landlords and you will be dealing with one supervisor for the repair calls/communication.
