We do it by lending to house flippers, builders, and rental passive investors that are trying to achieve financial freedom through real estate, but are stopped by capital constrains. We are here to make it happen for them with the fastest turnaround in the industry. We are a growing company looking for those who want to be team members and grow with us. We work on a niche of real estate investing and specialize in fast closing (typically one week or less). The company culture is informal, transparent, and service-driven.

LOAN OPERATIONS

You will bring to the team your real estate investment and mortgage experience to be able to execute the work at a level that the demand is expected. You will ensure loan files contain all the data necessary to close the loan on time, and you will analyze the deal to ensure it is a win-win for both the borrower and the lender. You will also have an unusual exposure to specialty capital markets we resell to, which will greatly broaden your professional horizons. Our ideal candidate must posses attention to detail, passion for process, and excellent customer care is critical.

REQUIREMENTS

• The ideal candidate has worked in hard money lending for at least 2 years. Potential substitution for this requirement is a combination of some of the following: CCIM certification, construction experience, an MBA, real estate license with signifcant production, 5+ years experience as a paralegal in a real estate attorney operation, having personally invested in 3+ projects in real estate, having personally wholesaled 40+ deals, worked for 5+ years with a real estate investment group, wealth manager or having worked with MBS (mortgage back securities).
• Attention to detail, passion for process, and obsession about excellent customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Compensation based on experience. If you want to personally invest in real estate, over time we can help you with both capital and deals.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
