The Haynesville Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, growth, and day to day operations of the Permian district.

Duties

Develop infrastructure and support team as required for successful expansion/growth in the region.

Manage the day to day operations of the district in ways consistent with strategic goals and performance targets.

Monitor operational progress against performance targets and organize counter measures when required.

Manage infrastructure required to support operating units.

Manage resources, including people and capital, across lines of business.

Resolve issues of conflict between Haynesville and Eagleford Basin based business units and staff functions.

Ensure that core business processes are in place and working effectively.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Position Details

FLSA Status: Exempt

Job Status: Full-time

Amount of Travel Required: 25%

Reports to: Texas General Manager

Direct Reports: Haynesville/Eagleford based personnel

Work Schedule: Maintains a flexible work schedule to meet the demands of executive management hours may be long and irregular.

Skills & Abilities

Education: Bachelors Degree preferred

Experience: 5+ years in a leadership position with proven track record of success.

Other Requirements: Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
