We are looking for a thought leader to direct the overall evolution of the Machine Learning capabilities that drive revenue uplift and automation across FLYR’s product portfolio. You will work with FLYR leadership and your reporting Data Science product owners to grow and enhance the capabilities of the FLYR ML-powered platform. You will work across data science and engineering teams to coordinate and enable new Cirrus capabilities and novel algorithms and applications that the travel industry has never seen before. Key responsibilities will include defining the overall vision for the Machine Learning and optimization capabilities, align priorities across teams, investing in opportunities for improved model quality and effectiveness.

What will your journey at FLYR look like: (Responsibilities)

    • Define the future vision and roadmap of all ML and optimization capabilities
    • Define product specifications and detailed use cases
    • Manage the scientific direction FLYR’s ML methodology
    • Coordinate and direct product priorities across data science product teams
    • Work with airline executives and analysts to identify pain-points and new opportunities
    • Coordinate and execute across multiple teams to deliver continuous upgrades and enhancements to model quality and functionality
    • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences

What you should pack for this trip: (Qualifications)

    • 8+ years experience building or working with ML-centric products
    • Prior product leadership and mentorship responsibilities
    • Experience with product development lifecycle from idea to launch
