Job description

Wild Health is performing on-site and in-home testing services for its patients in the surrounding Morehead, KY area. To support this effort, we need a health insurance data entry specialist to join our registration team and help us handle the insurance data captured from patients. OpenPM and Sevocity experience would be preferred, but any EHR software experience would be advantageous for this role. A few more details about the job below:

- Gather all applicable personal/insurance info need for reimbursement for each patient

- Navigate OpenPM, Sevocity, or other EHR system to properly input patient information

- Check insurance policies as needed to ensure reimbursement, co-pay, coverage information

- Scan insurance cards/driver’s license and upload to EHR

- Verify date of birth, policy numbers, expiration dates, etc on drivers license vs insurance policy

- Work with on-site personnel to optimize efficiency for customer experience

- Communicate with Registration Manager about best practices and implement process improvement

- Supervise and train on-site data entry employees on a daily basis

Pay Rate:

- $20, hourly

Work Location:

- Clinical site at St. Claire Regional Medical Center (subject to change)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
