As we continue to grow, we are looking for new talent in 2023 to join our family & now is the perfect time to apply. The Practice Administrator is responsible for providing overall leadership, growth, marketing, administration, and performance of all aspect of the practice.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Operations

  • Responsible for daily operations and oversight of all areas of the practice including patient flow, staffing, patient relations, customer service, quality of care, schedules, and site-operation needs.
  • Establish, secure approval, and oversee practice operating policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the business and financial affairs of the practice and fiscal management including accounting, budgeting, internal controls, and timely reporting.
  • Delegate authority and responsibility to management team members.
  • Develop improved management techniques and practices.
  • Enhance operational effectiveness emphasizing cost containment without jeopardizing important innovation or quality of care.
  • Represent the practice in its relationships with other health organization, government agencies, and third-party payers.
  • Resolve operational problems and keep lines of communication open with staff to ensure high employee morale and a professional atmosphere.
  • Maintain professional affiliations and enhance personal development to keep current in the latest health care trends and development.
  • Negotiate with managed care plans; evaluate contracts, fee schedules, and payer agreements.
  • Prepare data analysis related to operations as required.
  • Reviews staffing models and maintains adequate staffing levels/anticipates needs as practice grows.
  • Inspects facility on-a-daily basis for any structural, cosmetic or operational repairs.
  • Holds on-site training sessions as needed.

Human Resources

  • Assures all aspects of the human resources function are carried out in accordance with local, state and federal laws.
  • Oversee efforts of clinical and administrative staff in the recruitment, development, and performance evaluation of employees.

Physician Relations

  • Works closely with physicians and other providers.
  • Communicates policies and procedures clearly.

Business Development and Growth Strategy

  • Works directly with leadership to shape and implement growth plans.
  • Coordinate marketing for new products and services.

Compliance

  • Meets training and education requirements for HIPAA, OSHA, Sexual Harassment Training, CLIA inspections.
  • Maintains strictest patient confidentiality in accordance with policy and procedures, as well as HIPAA requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies, continually monitor operations, programs, and physical properties. Initiate appropriate changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $75,000.01 per year
