Position Summary: The Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and disseminating analytic tools to help us evaluate business performance and drive growth. This includes but may not be limited to clinician and prescriber productivity reporting, customer service reporting, clinical program service delivery reporting, and other performance reporting within the Operations team. This role is a critical part of the team responsible for identifying areas of opportunity and driving growth.

About the Role:

• Create production and ad-hoc reports and analyses that effectively communicate performance to operational and clinical leaders
• Develop metrics and measurement plans for new analytic needs leveraging reporting capabilities of enterprise systems, ensuring assumptions and methodologies are consistent across the organization
• Management and delivery of key enterprise dashboards in PowerBI
• Data validation and user acceptance testing of enterprise PowerBI dashboards
• Support colleagues in using enterprise PowerBI dashboards and other reports and data sets to answer business questions
• Understand and bring in new data sources, including working with data to ensure it is clean and normalized
• Collaborate with analytics partner on requirements for data warehouse enhancements
• Other duties as assigned

About You:

• Technically proficient: the ability to manipulate large data sets from different data sources, to clean and normalize data
• Analytically strong: must be able to analyze data to understand the root cause of key issues
• Highly organized: must be able to manage and prioritize multiple business objectives and projects with the proper sense of urgency
• Team player: need to develop strong collaborative working relationships with internal partners
• Strong communication skills: the ability to tease out requirements and determine appropriate and effective tools for answering key business questions, and articulate findings, and summarize insights to varied audiences (non-clinical and clinical)
• Operationally minded: you look for the so whats in the data and are ready to make recommendations about how to improve business processes and data quality
• Advanced Excel expertise is a must
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
• 1-5 years of experience required
• Healthcare analytics experience is a plus
