Position Overview


The Healthcare Support Analyst provides support to the Healthcare teams and Chief of Staff initiatives. Manages, maintains, researches, and provides analysis of various systems, databases, and reporting. Strategically uses information obtained to generate reports, manipulate data/reports for analysis, support presentation development, and the like for internal and external customers. Provides administrative support upon request.


Responsibilities

  • Identifies and performs client Excel report manipulation for MRC’s to enhance review efficiency.
  • Supports ROSE education management and tracking.
  • Enhances and maintains annual savings reporting for ROSE
  • Maintains underwriting database tracking and reporting providing information for all appropriate business partners.
  • Acts as a CRM/KAPTA superuser by attending super user CRM/KAPTA meetings, participates in pilot testing training session, provides CRM/KAPTA support to the team, manages updates, upgrades, and maintenance within the system, completes analysis and research within the system and provides reports as necessary.
  • Maintains updated client and broker lists.
  • Prepares and distributes visit reports.
  • Supports Chief of Staff initiative requests.
  • Prepares presentation materials for New Business and Renewal proposals.
  • Provides ROSE database support and conducts project base research as necessary.
  • Follow vendor vetting guidelines to ensure proper new vendor set up and payment.
  • Maintain p-card purchases (including business subscriptions) reconciling monthly.
  • Manages monthly meetings, mail, marketing event items, gifts and cards.
  • Plans and organizes customer and guest meetings, webcasts, conference schedules and events.
  • Supports travel and expense requests as directed by SVP Business Lead and VP of ROSE.
  • Maintain positive working relationship with clients, brokers, ROSE, underwriters and staff

Requirements


Education and Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
  • Data entry, analysis, and reporting experience.

Preferred:

  • Experience in supporting value added services, business growth, and development
  • Experience in the insurance / reinsurance industry.

Skills and Abilities

Required:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of CRM/KAPTA and VAS databases
  • Must be comfortable working with multiple programs and systems
  • Takes initiative and is accountable
  • Must possess investigative skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department projects
  • Intermediate written and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Power BI Desktop experience

State of Colorado: This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. The pay range for this position in Colorado is $51,560-73,650 per year. Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA compensation includes an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and maintains a full range of competitive health and life insurance, retirement and other employee benefits.
