PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Agent (Part Time / On Call) to join our team in support of the NAWCAD Enterprise Service Desk team in Patuxent River, MD.
The Enterprise Service Desk operates 24/7. Work hours may vary.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to computer program users.
- Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically.
- May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word-processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be able to attend an on-site four (4) week training program at NAS PAX River
- Less than three (3) years of experience performing in work related to the functions in the job description
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include night shifts, weekends, and some holiday shifts.
- Eligibility to pass the required background check and obtain non-NISP level Clearance
Education Requirements:
- Must have a High School Diploma/ GED
Desired Qualifications:
Preferential consideration for applicants who have:
- A current, active Non-NISP Clearance, Public Trust or higher-level US clearance
This position requires a completed COVID-19 Attestation (proof of vaccine or approved medical or religious exemption).
