We are looking for a Help Desk Technician (Level 1) to join our growing IT team. Scorpion Technology is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Northwest Houston, providing amazing IT solution to small & medium size businesses thru out Texas. Responsibilities for Help Desk Technician
- Manage Help Desk in our PSA (Autotask) in a timely manner
- Be able to work on multiple tickets at a time
- Responds to customer issue via phone, email, and computer chat
- Provide customer assitance
- Document customer interactions
- Run diagnostic to resolve customer reported issues
- Escalate issues to the next Tier with next level of difficulty
- Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software
- Follow-up with customer to ensure issues are resolved.

Qualifications for Help Desk Technician
- A+ Certification Required
- At least 1 year of experience in a help desk environment
- PSA /RMM experience Required (preferably Autotask, DATTO, IT Glue, GoToAssist)
- Basic network knowledge (TCP, Network Scan, knowledge of network diagrams)
- Excellent oral communications
- Great customer service Skills
- Detail oriented in order to keep detailed notes on tickets
- Highly organized to keep Help Desk Tickets order
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
