The Helper is responsible for helping out in which ever area of the shop they are assigned.

Once achieving success in the helper position our helpers have an opportunity to be promoted into our Tool and Die Apprenticeship program. This program allows you to get paid while learning a highly sought after skilled trade. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn something new and grow their career. Starting pay is $17.52

• Assist in loading and unloading of trucks as needed.
• Assist in de-burring of parts as needed.
• Assist with assembly in the sheet metal department.
• Assist with welding when required.
• Assure quality of workmanship.
• Clean shop as needed.
• Assist with panel runs.
• Set and pull dies.
• Assist with working on dies as needed.
