Minimum Requirements:

-High School Graduate, or GED,
-Must possess one (1) year experience in a similar position,
-Must possess good verbal communication skills - English and Spanish,
-Must possess good written communication skills - English and Spanish,
-Regular and timely attendance is a must; must be willing to work a flexible schedule as needed with occasional weekends,
-Must be a team player,
-Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows,
-Must have the basic knowledge of clerical and office duty functions,
-Must be able to type 40-50 WPM, minimum,
-Must possess reliable transportation, a valid Texas driver's license and liability insurance for work related travel at all times,
-Must possess the ability to greet and direct all visitors professionally and maintain a daily visitors and telephone log,
-Must possess the ability to properly channel all telephone calls coming into the office,
-Must possess the ability to perform general office work,
-Must possess the ability to prepare and maintain files.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.
-Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Other:
-Must have not ever been convicted of or placed on court-ordered community supervision/probation for any criminal offense classified as a Class B misdemeanor or higher.
