We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our client`s accounting team. In this position, you will handle all A/P processing, monthly reporting, cash flow projections, sales tax reporting, cost accounting, payroll, 1099 filings, and handle deposit transactions. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, critical thinker, and problem solver, and demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• As a High-Level Bookkeeper, you are responsible for, but not limited to, maintaining the day-to-day accounting functions, accruals, financial statement preparation, and performing general accounting functions
• Responsible for Accounting, Payroll, AP, AR, Job Cost, Reconciliations, GL, and Financials.
• Will work closely with the payroll
• Balance sheet accounting
• Follow up with the clients to make the payments
• Bank Reconciliations/deposits
• Preparing financial statements/reports
• Responsible for month-end and year-end close process
• General Ledger
• Journal Entries

• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping
• Must have experience with General Ledger, cc reconciliations, payroll, balance sheet accounting, and journal entries
• Associates Bachelor’s degree in Finance, accounting, or a related field
• Good experience with QuickBooks
• Experience with invoices and collections
• Experience with Excel is Highly preferred
• Must be a self-starter and work independently
