Job description
The
High-Rise Window Cleaner will be responsible for removing dirt and grime from windows and glass surfaces using a cleaning solution-fed pole system and various types of lifts on high-rise buildings. Duties will include both interior and exterior work as determined by the client. Must be able to move equipment safely and follow safety training guidelines.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.
Bonuses:
- $500 Retention Bonus.
- $500 Referral Bonus.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 4 am - 12:30 pm.

Minimum Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work with other crew members and be able to take direction from Supervisors.
- Ability to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties.
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must have at least 1-year experience in high-rise window cleaning.
- Must have knowledge of the operation of lifts (bosun chair, stage/BMU).
- Must be able to pass a Background, MVR, & Drug Screen (We do not test for THC).
