Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking an experienced data entry, with exceptional customer service and call center background professional who is enthusiastic & motivated to join our Quality Control Personnel team!
Job Description:
The Quality Control Personnel Coordinator will oversee the quality of calls that the department receives, then review and keep documentation of each communication to provide our customers with exceptional service.
Skills:
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Excellent customer service
- Great communication & writing skills
- Ability to investigate, track and document high volume of calls
- Ability to meet necessary deadlines in a timely manner
- Exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills
- HHA Exchange experience a + but not required!
