Sunray Homecare is a family owned and operated agency based in Brooklyn serving patients in NYC and Upstate. We are currently looking to hire a recruiter for the 5 boroughs of NYC and Upstate. This position is in office, as well as some offsite events.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• respond to new leads for caregiver positons
• place an manage job postings / job boards
• establish and maintain relationships with HHA / PCA Schools
• establish a pipeline of candidates based on building relationships with new hires
• ensure a speedy ad compliant onboarding process
• represent the brand at all times and set the tone for being part of the Sunray Team
• maintain accurate records of applications and orientations
• utilizing Applicant Trackers and other technologies to improve the hiring experience and results

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior recruiting in the homecare industry
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
• Excellent follow up skills / desire to succeed
• Excited and able to be at our home office M - F (not remote unless at an event)
• Positive Attitude

Language:

• English
• Spanish a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
