We are the best among the many licensed private duty home care agencies in the western suburbs of Chicago. We are an Independently owned (non franchise) private duty home care agency looking to add an additional scheduler to join our experienced, dynamic team. Independence-4-Seniors Home Care has 20 years of experience in the industry and has been recognized nationally and locally as among the Top 100 agencies in Experience, Provider of Choice, and Employer of Choice by the Home Care Pulse survey organization.

Job Requirements:

• Schedule compatible caregivers to provide optimal care for our clients
• Accurately maintain client/staff schedules using WellSky Personal Care
• Ability to develop and maintain respectful relationships with our caregivers, clients and their families
• Day-to-day monitoring and adjustments of call offs, shift trades and schedule conflicts
• Collaborate with the clinical team, operations and executive leadership in performance management of our caregivers
• Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations
• Maintain professionalism and patience within a fast paced environment
• Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail
• Participate in interviewing potential caregivers
• Rotate on-call - extra Compensation
• CNA preferred but not required
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
