Careplus Health Services, Inc is a locally owned and operated, Medicare certified Home Health Agency located in Carrollton Texas. We provide skilled nursing, physical/occupational/speech therapy, home health aide and medical social worker services to our patients in Dallas/Ft. Worth and surrounding counties.
We are dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate and holistic care that will improve the quality of life for our patients who may be facing the many challenges of aging, illness and/or disability.

Excellent opportunity to join our dedicated team at Careplus Health Services. We are looking for Home Health Aides to do one-on-one care for individuals at their homes with personal care and light housekeeping.
Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned tasks on clients and follow Home Health Aide Care Plans. Perform delegated tasks after instruction by RN
- Bathe clients; assist with showers and partial baths as appropriate.
- Help client maintain personal hygiene and assist with all aspects of activities of daily living.
Qualifications * Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
- Must be registered and listed in good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health setting
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
