Job description
High-paying home health RN contract offered by HumanEdge Staffing. 13 weeks, 40 hours per week. Local and travel RNs are encouraged to apply. Home health experience required. HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred. Immediate interviews and offers for well-qualified home health nurses.
- Location: Boise, ID
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Productivity: 30 units (weighted by visit type) for 40 hours
- EMR System: HomeCare HomeBase
- Territory: Covers branch service area. Will be discussed in detail during the interview with branch leadership
- Complete in-home skilled nursing visits - may include SOCs, recerts, admissions and other types of visits as needed
- Dispensing medications
- Electronic charting
- Patient and caregiver education
- Degree in Registered Nursing from an accredited program - ASN, BSN or MSN preferred
- RN licensure in state where services will be rendered - Compact licensure accepted in applicable states
- 1+ year of experience as a Home Health RN
- 1+ year of experience with OASIS
- 1+ year of experience in electronic charting
- BLS
