Salary Range: $34.30-$37.95

REGISTERED NURSE – Full Time – Monday - Friday 2p.m. - 10:00 p.m. with Saturday rotation

General Statement of Duties: Determines initial nursing care needs of hospice patients and enrolls patients in the hospice program. Provides nursing care to patients and families based on assessed needs reflected in the plan of care.

Education and Experience:

1. Current eNLC West Virginia Registered Nurse license.

2. Minimum of one year nursing experience, home health or medical surgical nursing in an inpatient setting preferred.

3. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with the patient and family, the attending physician, coworkers and outside agencies.

4. Able to provide own transportation, and a license to drive in West Virginia with current liability insurance. Driving record meets Hospice’s insurance company standards.

5. Excellent computer word processing skills.
